Composed of enthusiastic and skillful local musicians, BrizWest Community Music Ensembles Inc. continues to entertain audiences around Brisbane with their enjoyable musical style. BrizWest has two ensembles - West Winds Concert Band and Kate Street Big Band.

Kate Street Big Band

They say that music is the language of the soul, and nothing could be truer for this jazz band. KSBB is a Big Band that gets you up and dancing with classic and contemporary tunes. Guaranteed to put a spring in your step and asking for more.

West Winds Concert Band

This Concert Band can't be defined by one genre of music as we like to play a wide range of musical styles. Our repertoire includes arrangements of popular movie themes, musicals, classic marches, classical favourites, jazz standards and familiar pop tunes.
